These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rewards App ("we", "us") governing your use of the Rewards App iOS application and the rewardsapp.app website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Rewards App is a free play-to-earn rewards platform. You earn coins for playing games, completing offers, and answering surveys supplied by third-party offer partners (including the Notik offerwall). Coins can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards and PayPal payouts once you reach the minimum balance.
No purchase is ever required to earn or redeem. No real-money gambling takes place inside Rewards App. Some third-party catalog titles may contain simulated, chance-based mechanics; those are governed by their own publishers' terms.
2. Coins are not money
Coins are an in-app loyalty currency. They have no cash value, are not money, and are not your property until successfully redeemed through a supported reward partner.
The current redemption reference rate is 3,000 coins = $1, but rates, reward catalog, and minimum cash-out thresholds may change at any time.
Coins cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, exchanged outside the app, or inherited.
Unredeemed coins may be forfeited if your account is closed for violation of these Terms or remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (we will attempt to notify you first).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old (the Service is rated 17+) and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
You must reside in a region where the Service is offered. Offer and survey availability varies by region.
Anyone previously banned from the Service may not create a new account.
4. One account per person
You may create and use one (1) account only, registered with your own accurate information, on a device you own. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of coins and closure of all related accounts.
5. Fraud, abuse, and clawback
Prohibited conduct includes: using emulators, VPNs/proxies to misrepresent your location, bots, scripts, automation, rooted/jailbroken device exploits, fake or fraudulent offer completions, self-referrals, chargeback abuse, and any attempt to manipulate attribution or earning systems.
We may withhold, adjust, or claw back coins (including coins already credited) where an offer partner reverses, charges back, or flags a completion as invalid or fraudulent — even after redemption, where permitted by law, the corresponding reward value may be recovered or future redemptions offset.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud or abuse without notice and forfeit their coin balances.
We may require identity verification before processing a cash-out.
6. Offers, surveys, and partner disputes
Offers, games, and surveys are supplied by third-party partners. Crediting depends on the partner confirming your completion to us.
If a completed offer has not credited, contact Support with proof of completion. We will raise the dispute with the relevant offer partner; final crediting decisions for partner offers rest with the partner, and we credit coins when (and only when) the partner confirms and funds the completion.
We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third-party offers, and your use of them is subject to those partners' own terms and privacy policies.
7. Redemptions
Cash-outs require a minimum balance and a verified account in good standing. Gift cards and payouts are fulfilled by third-party providers and are subject to availability. Once delivered, rewards are non-refundable. We may reasonably delay a redemption pending fraud review.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding third-party game artwork and partner content), is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your iOS device for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the value of rewards you redeemed in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost coins resulting from your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be announced in the app with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
11. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where applicable law gives you mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, nothing in these Terms removes them.
