Missing coins for an offer?
Most offers credit within minutes, but some partners take up to 48 hours (and certain multi-step offers up to 30 days) to confirm.
If it still hasn't credited, email us with the offer name, the date you completed it, and any proof of completion (screenshots, confirmation emails). We will raise a dispute with the offer partner on your behalf.
Cash-out questions
Cash-outs require the minimum coin balance shown in the app (3,000 coins = $1 reference rate).
Gift cards and PayPal payouts are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after approval.
If a reward hasn't arrived after 3 business days, contact us with your redemption details.
Account & data
Delete your account: in the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we will process it.
