This Privacy Policy explains what information Rewards App ("we", "us") collects when you use our iOS application and website, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you have.

2. Tracking and the IDFA (App Tracking Transparency)

Rewards App is an offerwall-based rewards platform. To get paid for completing an offer, your completion must be matched back to your account — this is called attribution. We and our offerwall partners (including Notik and the advertising networks they work with) use device identifiers, including the IDFA where you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, to perform this attribution.

If you decline tracking permission, you can still use the app, but some offers that require install attribution may be unavailable or may fail to credit.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to operating the rewards service.

4. Data retention

We keep account and ledger data for as long as your account is active. Coin-transaction and redemption records are retained while your account exists (and afterwards only as required for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance — typically no longer than 7 years for financial records). Diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized except where retention is legally required.

To exercise any right, email support@rewardsapp.app. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA). EU/EEA and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

7. Children

Rewards App is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Access to personal data is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
